Qais Al-Sindy

Qais Al-Sindy is an international artist, born in Baghdad and now living and working in California. His works follow the examples of Picasso and Jean Arp in undermining the concept of the artist's obligation to maintain a single cohesive style.

While Al-Sindy focuses on painting, he also utilizes a variety of other media, including performance art, installations, video & more. 

Since his well-received exhibition (Letters don’t burn) in Dar Al-Anda, Amman-Jordan (2007), Al-Sindy’s solo and collective exhibitions expanded worldwide, to places such as Cairo, Egypt; Fribourg, Switzerland; Amman, Jordan; New York, NY & Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Learn more about Qais Al-Sindy and his myriad of works.
